Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Veteran acknowledges that this contract is not cancelable once Veterans Global Consulting LLC begins working on your claims. Since Veterans Global Consulting LLC does not charge the Veteran ANY up-front medical consulting fees, Veterans Global Consulting LLC agrees to work in advance, based on your commitment to follow through with the claims process and pay fee to Veterans Global Consulting LLC after an award is received from the VA.

• In the event Veteran fails to follow through with this agreement, there will be breach of contract fee owed to Veterans Global Consulting LLC in the amount of $400 per hour Veterans Global Consulting LLC staff has spent on the Veteran’s claims OR the full projected fee Veterans Global Consulting LLC would have earned in this agreement, had it been honored, whichever is greater.
